? What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
? What do you do when you don’t know what to do?
When things happen that seem unfair and unjust? When you get
knocked down to your knees and you’re left feeling numb? When
you cry out, “Why?” and Heaven is silent? What then? What now?
You focus on what you know and not what you don’t know.
• You know God is good.
• You know God knows what you’re facing.
• You know God has a purpose for your life (even though you
may not see it).
• You know God longs for you to trust Him in the face of every
unknown (to you).
• You know that your Redeemer lives and because He lives you
can face today -and tomorrow -and all the tomorrows to come.
Job asked “Why?” and God never answered his question. I’m sure
Joseph did, too (it’s human normal). Like a parent that doesn’t
explain the reasons (they may be too advanced for small minds to
comprehend) and says, “Trust me,” so our Father does the same
for His kids.
When peace flees, God says, “Trust Me.”
As we believe in the sun on a cloudy day, so we must believe in
the Son when life gets hard. As much as we would like to be in
the “know” (or think we would), it may not be what we need. So,
focus on what you know and not what you don’t know.
It’s called… trust.
